UREP is proud to align with the VOICIFY initiative, the first European self-representative movement by and for young people with migration backgrounds (refugees, asylum seekers, migrants, undocumented). VOICIFY brings together youth‐led organisations across 17 EU countries, developing their capacity, strengthening advocacy and ensuring meaningful participation in policy, integration and migration processes.
Through this partnership, UREP is committed to:
Amplifying the voices of young refugees, migrants and stateless persons in Portugal and Europe.
Participating in capacity-building, training and mentoring programmes for youth advocates with lived migration experience.
Contributing to Europe-wide consultations and policy recommendations that reflect the real lived experience of migration, displacement and belonging.
Together with VOICIFY, we aim to transform lived experience into leadership, influence and change in the European context.
